The Sales Specialist / Third Key is tasked with managing the day to day of our Palm Desert location and driving sales.
Proactively Driving Sales:
· Welcoming walk-in clientele with care and providing expertise and product knowledge
· Ensuring thorough data-capture and following through with tracking and client outreach efforts for both customers and consignors
· Staying aware of and highlighting both new arrivals and current inventory through merchandising, social media and in-person communications
· Regularly updating social media and responding to requests in a proactive and timely manner throughout the day.
Coordinating with management on a day-to-day basis:
· Provide a detailed daily end of day report of all sales, operations and other relevant activities to management
· Anticipate daily operational issues and propose and/or coordinate suggestions with management
· Ensure that all company policies & procedures are effectively applied and enforced in the store and throughout all professional interactions.
Job Type: Full-time, In Person
Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years relevant professional experience or 5 years applicable professional experience.
· Knowledgeable about women’s luxury brands and products.
· Ability to develop and grow a client base.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Two plus years working for a luxury and/or high end contemporary brands.
· Strong social media skills
· Experience in the resale industry
· Deep knowledge of luxury brands
· Knowledge of vintage pieces and estate jewelry is a plus
· Experience building and managing your own client book
