Texas Beer Company is an award winning craft brewery based in Taylor, Texas. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in bars and retail establishments. You will help grow our distribution footprint and increase the exposure of our brand to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This is a salaried position with the opportunity for commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell our beer using in person tastings, follow up phone calls, emails and text messages
- Run pint nights, beer tastings and attend beer festivals
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with new and existing accounts
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with everyone you interact with
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and in person visits
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon monthly sales goals
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales and brewing team
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and provide status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and collaborations
- Continuously improve our sales operation through constructive feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience working as a Sales Representative with alcoholic beverages, a brewery or local distribution house preferred, all sales experience considered
- Excellent knowledge of google docs
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent written and oral sales and communication skills
- Inclusive and positive attitude, treating everyone with respect
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create promotional marking materials using Photoshop or Canva or other video editing tools a plus but not required
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- 21+ years old, clean criminal record, clear driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
