Purpose/Job Role:
Stallion Marine invites enthusiastic candidates to join our team as a Field Sales Representative, contributing to the transformation of the maritime industry on the South Coast. As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in driving sales, cultivating enduring customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products to foster business growth. The Field Sales Representative is tasked with responsibilities such as traveling to customer sites, effectively communicating product benefits, conducting on-site demonstrations, and identifying sales opportunities. Duties also include maintaining the CRM system, making outbound calls, and prioritizing long-term client relationships over short-term gains. Successful candidates will embody professionalism, collaborate seamlessly with the team, and manage their calendar efficiently for face-to-face visits as needed. This role actively contributes to the success of the team by engaging with customers and collaborating with internal teams, including Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Regularly travelling to customer sites in the South Coast.
· Ability to understand products and their benefits. Use this to evaluate the customer’s product needs & mix in various situations and communicate these to prospective end-users.
· Performing demonstrations and training on the customer sites.
· Evaluation conducted at site appointments to gather information regarding the specific product needs.
· Identifying sales opportunities (for processing by inside sales).
· Evaluation conducted at site appointments to gather information regarding the specific product needs.
· CRM system update of the meeting outcomes or provide the data to the appropriate Inside Salesperson or Customer Service team by phone immediately after each appointment/visit.
· Do outbound phone calls to find a potential customer and follow-up calls.
· You do not pursue short-term sales results at the expense of longer-term client relationships
· Maintain productive and free from conflict relationships with other team members.
· All activities are to be conducted in a professional capacity by your company’s standards.
· Manage your calendar & (re)schedule face-to-face visits when required
You will also be required to:
· Participate in short daily WIP meetings
· Travel could be up to 50% or more on any given month and flexibility is a must
· Participate in events, tradeshows, and seminars
Required Experience and Skills

· Well-developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
· Knowledge and application of CRM software
· Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Details:
Annual Salary: $90,000 (inclusive of bonus)
