Responsibilities:
- Conduct territory sales visits offering our water restoration services.
- Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
- Meet weekly sales objectives.
- Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
- Effectively use provided company technology to upload photographic documentation for each job site visited into appropriate applications.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
What you need to succeed:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Xactimate, MECA is desired, but not required.
- Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
