The SAP HANA Developer is responsible for a diverse range of tasks, leveraging technical expertise to develop an analytics product aimed at uncovering insights into the customer journey. This role involves maintaining a hands-on focus on technology matters, adeptly solving complex technical issues, facilitating tools for the self-service data analyst community, and ensuring timely project delivery with a commitment to high quality. Responsibilities:

• Develop useful models to communicate current state, future state, and gap definitions to support decision-making processes.
• Consult on the refinement of existing models, introducing innovative ideas to enhance flexibility and alignment with current and anticipated requirements.
• Participate in project requirements reviews, conceptual modeling, discovery processes, technical design reviews, and project meetings, offering valuable guidance for positive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possess 7+ years of experience with a robust background in SAP S4/HANA, HANA Modeling, SQL Skills, and big data with enterprise data warehousing exposure.
• Demonstrate strong SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization skills.
• Exhibit the ability to design, develop, and migrate data analytics solutions by sourcing data from SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and SAP Data archival systems.
• Experience in S4/HANA migration initiatives, with exposure to SAP OCM/SOM modules considered a plus.
• Proven expertise in working with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration on analytics reporting for sales, bookings, finance, and subscription business areas.
• Strong experience with SQL and PLSQL skills.
• Capable of designing, developing, and testing ETL solutions, including modeling data warehouse metadata and automating data loading processes.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Azure and Data Bricks is advantageous.
• Experience with reusable ETL frameworks, Python, and PySpark with Data Bricks implementation is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning services and applications, with operational expertise in troubleshooting skills and understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, and basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science, Information Technology, or Engineering or a related field.
