MANAGER REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
The Manager is responsible for managing operational processes on the styling/selling floor: styling clients with the goal of maximizing the customer’s shopping experience, clientelling, supporting sales floor operations, leading, training and coaching styling staff, and achieving sales goals and business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating and maintaining an elevated in-store environment
• Build and develop a high performing personal styling team
• Lead sales floor management and operations to maximize volume potential and achieve sales goals
• Lead sales education effort by training, developing, and coaching associates on product trends and selling behavior strategies
• Motivate, coach, and develop store team to achieve sales and productivity.
• Ensure staff's adherence to all Addicted Chic retail policies and procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Personal fashion styling delivered with exceptional customer service
• Product Placement and upkeep of proper visual merchandising
• In-store event coordination
• Working with a team that delivers a fashion-focused experience in line with Addicted Chic culture for our guests
• Ensure implementation of Addicted Chic culture of styling, size, fit and wardrobe advice, and sales
• Owning Sales Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day
• Accountable for shrink results and safety awareness

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail industry
• Personal styling experience
• Ability to own sales goals
• Knowledge of fashion industry, style, and personal styling
• Willingness to learn and implement Addicted Chic culture, being open to build upon our excellence
• Passion for fashion
• Social media understanding
• Communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Able to operate the computerized register system
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Interpersonal skills. People person!
• High level of ownership, accountability, fortitude, and initiative

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat and bend for up to 4 hours or longer as necessary.
• Light cleaning: vacuuming, swiffering, dusting, windexing glass and mirrors, in addition to other basic light cleaning.
• Ability to use common tools.
• Able to lift as much as 20 pounds. Able to climb an 8-foot ladder.
