Position Description : Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, (CISA) is a $500 million premium operation licensed in all 50 states and surplus lines. This position requires knowledge of various Chubb systems to process incoming endorsement requests; follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence. Ensure all communication is well documented in the agency management system. Answer incoming calls during peak call volumes.

- Endorsement Processing
- Answer Mortgagee Phone Calls and Overflow Calls
- Follow-up on Cancellation Requests
- Follow-up on Underwriting Correspondence
- Follow-up on Non-Masterpiece/Manual Transactions
- Home Appraisal Follow-up and Tracking
- Process Renewal Rewrites
- Assist manager with General Email Box Inquiries
