Purpose: Direct Fence Distributors based in Carlstadt is looking for a motivated, organized and skilled residential salesperson. Join a fast-growing team that equips it salespeople for success! Candidate can reside anywhere in NJ as we cover the entire State of New Jersey!
As an Outside Sales Representative you will:
· Meet with prospective residential clients to deliver a sales presentation of products and services that best fits their project requirements
· Create fence installation estimates
· Develop a sales-pipeline
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Manage a sales calendar of 30+ appointments a week
· Participate in weekly team meetings and sales trainings to keep up with the latest product development and sales techniques
· Be willing to drive
Experience:
This is a great opportunity for someone who installed fence in the past and now wants to use their technical knowledge with clients and sell fence installation projects!
· Minimum 3-5 years of residential construction sales fence
· Valid driver’s license
· Positive attitude with willingness to learn
· Passion for building relationships
Salespeople are equipped with the tools to succeed! Company vehicle available.
Compensation:
- Base pay weekly
- Commission paid monthly
- Performance bonus paid quarterly
