About the Role:
Join our dynamic teams in Sales and Operations as we navigate rapid growth. Your role will focus on driving operational excellence, supporting revenue growth, and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the product lifecycle, including maintenance of pricing sheets, building routing guides, and answering Sales product questions. Work with retailers to manage returns. Proactively manage discrepancies and chargebacks with 3PLs and retailers
- Ensure seamless integration of the EDI portal (SPS Commerce) and 3PLs for efficient order processing and timely fulfillment. Maintain related documentation.
- Optimize SKU management, inventory control, and promotional spending to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across retailers for consistent and efficient operational practices. Continuously assess and refine processes to ensure optimal execution and performance.
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate sales reports. Collaborate with other teams to manage demand and build forecasts.
Requirements
About You:
- Must Have: 3+ years of experience with major retailers (e.g., Target, BestBuy, Costco, Walmart).
- Must Have: Proficiency in 3PL management and retail routing.
- Familiarity with SPS Commerce, EDI, and WMS systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills across functions.
- Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

- The base salary range for this position is USD $65,000 - $100,000 + benefits.
