Job description

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, the individual will be responsible for designing & implementing effective sales training programs and providing ongoing support & coaching to the sales team.

The Sales Enablement Specialist reports to the Manager of Sales Operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to improve sales competencies and product knowledge.
  • Continuously update and refine training materials based on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify challenges and develop solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales representatives.
  • Work in conjunction with GTM Systems Manager to optimize sales tools and platforms to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and maintain a repository of sales resources like case studies, product sheets, competitor analysis and SOPs
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment in strategies and messaging.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and across departments.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, sales training, or a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of CRM software and Sales Enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and creating a knowledgebase
