The Sales Operations Specialist, EDI is responsible for the oversight and management of ILIA Beauty’s EDI wholesale business as it relates to purchase order pipeline, fulfillment, shipping & logistics, returns, chargebacks & compliance, and 3PL metrics. This position leads efforts to
design and implement measurable EDI operations solutions that reduce cost and errors while ensuring all related processes and functions adhere to ILIA’s expectation of exceptional customer service.
This role is hybrid (open to remote for US based candidates) and reports into the Senior Director, Sales Operations. Only open to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages EDI wholesale purchase order pipeline from transmission to fulfillment and delivery
- Provides ongoing analysis of EDI purchase order pipeline to highlight and resolve any potential fulfillment issues
- Oversees 3PL fulfillment for EDI purchase orders and works closely with 3PL partners to achieve shipping timelines and goals
- Tracks & resolves all compliance issues, chargebacks, & shipping errors and owns all EDI document transmission
- Oversees the RTV process
- Leads ongoing improvement of ILIA EDI operations
- Analyzes fulfillment, chargeback & compliance metrics and holds 3PL accountable to SLA
- Reports on and recouping cost for miss shipments, errors, and other issues
- Works closely with the Sr. Director, Sales Operations to manage product allocation for EDI accounts
- Assists with internal Sales Operations needs
- 2+ years experience managing EDI fulfillment operations for big box retailers and consumer products, or related experience in a similar role
- 2+years working directly with 3PL fulfillment, shipping, and logistics
- Demonstrated knowledge of EDI systems and transmissions
- Familiarity with process design and implementation
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems
- Functional Excel skills (Pivot Table, Equations, Graphs & Charts)
- Professional, enthusiastic, friendly demeanor with proven track record of positive working relationships inside and outside an organization
- Flexible and dynamic personality willing to shift priorities quickly to support the business
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality a must
