The Sales Intake Specialist will interact with prospective clients via telephone and email to help retain the potential client in need of legal representation. This position will require direct communication with clients and the ability to work quickly and accurately to document client information. Successful candidates in this role will be empathetic, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and excited to learn about sales.

This position will require remote candidates to accept potential client calls during the hours of 8am-5pm CST. Candidates for this position can not live in the state of Alabama. Candidates must also have their own equipment for this role. This includes reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, and a headset for calls. To ensure effective remote work functionality, all team members are required to meet specific technology standards:

• Internet Speed Requirements:

• A minimum upload speed of 10 megabytes.
• A minimum download speed of 50 megabytes.

• Computer Hardware Requirements:

• Solid-state drive (SSD).
• A minimum of 8 gigabytes of RAM.
• Chromebooks/ MacBook/ Mini Laptops cannot be used
