What You'll Bring to ChargePoint
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with a focus on managing, optimizing, and leveraging our Drift Chat platform to improve customer/prospect engagement and streamline lead generation through web chat. The ideal candidate will be a Drift Chat expert with a knack for platform integrations and cross-platform troubleshooting, and a passion for analytics and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the administration of the Drift Chat platform, including configuration, customization and optimization to meet business goals
- Develop and implement effective chatbot conversations, including proofing scripts/playbooks, managing AI Topics, setting routing rules and ensuring a seamless flow of data across platforms and teams
- Monitor and analyze chat interactions and performance metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Work closely with marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure Drift Chat is effectively integrated across all points of the customer journey, aligning with business strategies and objectives
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for Drift representatives, attending meetings, facilitating project requests and submitting issues to Drift support when necessary
- Stay apprised of new features and best practices in conversational marketing and Drift platform updates to continually enhance our web chat strategies
- Troubleshoot integration errors, data anomalies and other issues related to Drift and the marketing and sales tech stack
- Provide support for Marketo campaign building, automation and optimization
- Provide support for other tools within our marketing and sales tech stack
Qualifications
- 2+ years admin-level Drift Chat experience – no substitute platforms
- 1+ years admin-level Marketo or other MAP experience
- 1+ years Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Thorough understanding of Lead Lifecycle and Lead Qualification models
Nice to Have
- 1+ years Outreach platform experience
- Experience in the e-mobility industry
- Experience within B2B + B2C marketing organizations
- Experience in global work environment
Location

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $52,500 to $126,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
