Job Description
- Lead EMEA Client Incentive GTM - end to end
- Lead cross-functional planning and operations to support the EMEA client incentive plans
- Work with global and regional XFN teams on pilots, adhoc programs to drive revenue growth and product adoption
- Build cross-functional partnerships with executive stakeholders across client (e.g., sales, finance, engineering, data science, legal, and others).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Product Strategy, Product Marketing Management, or Management Consulting
- 6 years of experience in program/project management and multi-level communication (i.e., executives, peers, managers, staff).
- Experience with analyzing data, creating reports, and querying databases for modeling and forecasting.
- Experience with building and deploying go-to-market strategy
- Attention to details
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and working with large data sets
- Experience with business incentive design.
- Experience with Sales Strategy, and working with sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
- Experience working cross functionally - and basic knowledge of tools & systems
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
