Market Support & Settlement Operations Analyst

Tradeweb is seeking a service-oriented, results-driven candidate to join our Tradeweb Direct business. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid role for the trading and operations teams - playing a crucial part in supporting our electronic trading platform, ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of trades, and providing exceptional client service. This position is New York City based, and will require commuting to our office in Jersey City twice per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and facilitate the execution of trades on the Tradeweb Direct platform
• Work closely with traders, clients, and internal teams to resolve trade-related issues promptly
• Provide timely and accurate support for trade-related inquiries
• Establish strong relationships with clients
• Work closely with our sales team to assist with trader coverage on the platform
• Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams
• Reconciliation of trade flow from trading system to internal clearing component to clearing corporation and/or clearing bank
• Act as liaison between trading and operations for clients
• Work to ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades
• Investigate and address settlement failures to minimize operational risk

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in trading/middle office with a good working knowledge of clearing and settlement practices
• Understanding of all Fixed Income asset classes
• Experience with Pershing NetX360 system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 preferred

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
