The Pivotal team is looking for an incredibly high performing person who can join our clan of superheroes to help us deliver solutions to our homeowner clients looking for ways to sell their house hassle-free.
You'd be working directly with the CEO and our Acquisitions team (the sales people) to expand our company’s ability to help more and more homeowners out of difficult situations while improving the community.

- Be great talking the phone…friends tell you that you’re a phone-aholic and you just love chatting with people
- Must be a people person. Someone who knows how to make others feel special. Going that extra mile for clients. It's all about the little things.
- You get a little antsy when things aren’t done quickly, and hate the feeling of people waiting on you
- You’re naturally empathetic, and are very patient and understanding when people are telling you about their difficult situations
- Friends come to you all the time to vent
- The kind of person who lives to organize (your pencils sorted by size and color).
- Someone who puts people and clients first.
- Be great with technology, and determined to learn new things quickly.
- You don’t mind getting in a flow of routine tasks each day
- Proudly sporting 1+ years in a similar role
- Fueled by the quality of your work and personal satisfaction in a job well done.
- Highly adaptable and self-driven.
- The attitude, drive, and time-management skills to work from anywhere. That's right, there is no office.
A typical day includes:
- Being the first point of contact for new home-owners looking to sell their house
- You’ll book appointments for our Acquisitions Manager (the specialist)
- You’ll help create sales packets for the Acquisitions Manager before their appointment
- You’ll update the CRM with notes and info from the appointments
- Preliminary analysis of real estate (price, location, condition etc.)
- Qualify the leads and identify opportunities.
- You’ll make sure all leads are followed-up with
- Distribute leads to real estate agents, making sure all relevant information is included
- Manages overall CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Track leads all the way through, making sure the right people get the right touch point at the right time
- Remind the Acquisitions Manager to follow-up and keep the day’s appointments updated
- Expect around 20 – 30 new leads per week

Compensation
- Do your job well and you’ll be making 6 figures! We offer a base salary with bonus structure coming from commissions and incentives based on your performance.
