Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat.
- Schedule meetings with prospects and maintain CRM.
Qualifications:
- Prior B2B sales experience; retail sales not applicable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold and video calls.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Independent and team-oriented.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with video prospecting tools like Vidyard, Dubb, Loom.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or equivalent.
