Summary:

This role isn’t just about selling our web-based class management and billing software; it's about driving business growth. You'll be engaging with potential customers through a blend of methods, with a heavy emphasis on outbound strategies, lead nurturing, and converting inquiries into tangible sales opportunities. Your success hinges on your customer-focused approach, detail orientation, organizational skills, and relentless drive to connect with people.


What you'll do

As a Sales Development Rep at Jackrabbit, you will work with prospects in various stages of the buyer journey to ensure they remain engaged and nurture them into a qualified free trial user and/or client of Jackrabbit. Other duties may be assigned. In addition you will:


  • Learn and maintain a broad knowledge of Jackrabbit software
  • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting via phone and email. Reach out to new potential customers and introduce them to our services.
  • Perform early lead nurture activities, including virtual demonstrations and trade show support where you provide general information about Jackrabbit’s products and services.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for call volume and qualified booked meetings upon appointment targets by deadline.
  • Work to close qualified prospects who have completed a live demo with a free trial.
  • Handle incoming calls to the company to assist with lead filtering.
  • Manage leads within a CRM system, including data hygiene.
  • Stay up to date with the competitive intelligence and positioning.
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
  • Understanding and applying lead scoring as an asset.
  • Travel up to 25% to attend trade shows and or conferences in North America.
  • Work from home primarily and occasionally travel to Charlotte, NC.
  • Flexibility in working hours 8 am - 8 pm EST

  • College Degree preferred (not required).

  • Reporting – complete accurate weekly/monthly statistics.
  • Experience in youth activities or child care industries is a plus.
