Imagine Learning Sales Development Representatives are industry-experienced and undergo full sales and product training. They ensure that a potential customer's initial interaction with our company is positive and well-informed. Industry studies have shown that responding to customer inquiries within an hour gives a 37% better chance of meaningful interaction, the Imagine Learning Sales Development Representative will typically call within minutes of a customer filling out a form requesting contact. The Sales Development Representative role carries a quarterly bonus for those who successfully hit certain required metrics.
Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position.
Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 18.14 and $ 23.00 pe r year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location : In this US-based position your location will be hybrid. You will work from our Scottsdale, AZ office three days a week, with the option to work remotely the other two days.

Envision Your Experience .
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build rapport with customers and create a comfortable environment that will enable them to have a dialogue about their product needs.
• Use probing questions to help the customer identify their needs and understand where the customer is in their buying cycle.
• Explain the features and benefits of company products and services to prospective and current customers.
• Utilize company-defined prospecting and lead qualification process.
• Quickly qualify marketing leads.
• Attentively monitor Webchat on the company's website.
• Field inbound sales calls that come through the company's 800 numbers.
• Work with Marketing on strategic campaign calling.
• Drive attendance for company events to both current and potential customers.
• Research prospective schools, schedule appointments, and record information.
• Follow a consistent call process.
• Record activities in the sales database.
• Meet or exceed all activity and quality metrics.
• Quickly gain and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
• Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Experience with selling solutions into K- 12 education market is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail orientated with the ability to work in a high-paced environment managing shifting workloads and multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience with NetSuite is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 3+ years business to business sales experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Teaching or school administrator experience a plus.
