B2B IT Sales Development Representative

AmpleTech Refresh (ATR) was established in 2007 as an IT Asset Disposition industry service provider. ATR specializes in electronics equipment decommissioning at the end of the IT lifecycle, refurbishing, and reselling. We are currently seeking someone from the Phoenix area with our values to join our team as a B2B IT Sales Development Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will research leads, and establish and start to build new relationships. We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner with excellent communication skills and who can effectively discuss and showcase our offerings to potential customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to companies.
• Represent our products and services and use research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
• Build relationships and generate leads by nurturing warm prospects and finding new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the next steps.
• Use CRM, phone calls, email, and ZoomInfo to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our ITAD Directors
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager

Requirements and Skills

• Three or more years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding target number of calls.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization.
• B2B Sales Experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least five years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM software.

***This position will require in-office training, and a hybrid schedule after the initial 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
