• Professional with a minimum of 10-years experience in all aspects of Land Acquisitions, due diligence/feasibility studies, entitlements, land Development, project management, contracting, budgeting, scheduling, invoice authorization, including coordination with local officials, land planners, engineers, landscape architects, architects, surveyors, title companies, transaction attorneys, and other consultants, contractors and sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers involved in the acquisition, Entitlements and Development of premium residential communities.
