Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on the supply side of our marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with residential real estate agents, driving engagement, and optimizing the supply of properties available on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with residential real estate agents to expand our network and increase property listings on our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing support and guidance to ensure their success on our platform.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention among agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and identify opportunities for platform improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform Business Development strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Business Development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years minimum experience in real estate brokerage, prop-tech, or residential lending operations/Business Development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite a plus.
