Sales Development Representative for a fast fast-paced IT Services & Cybersecurity Provider

Heroic Technologies is a fast, innovative, high-performing IT and cybersecurity provider in the Portland Metro & San Francisco Bay area. We are lean, our engineers are brilliant, and our clients do amazing things. We have been in business forever, but we have the energy and enthusiasm of a startup.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be a great fit if you like high-adrenaline activities, demand the most from yourself in everything you do, and are ready to work as hard as you play.
The role:
You will be responsible for developing sales and revenue opportunities for Heroic Technologies. You will work directly with the owner, and you will be talking to a lot of business owners and CEOs about Heroic Technologies and our services. Don’t worry, though; you won’t have to know the technology piece, just how businesses use technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential leads.
Research and analyze target markets, industries, and key decision-makers to develop a comprehensive understanding of prospective clients' needs and pain points.
Engage with prospects through strategic communication channels to articulate the value proposition of Heroic Technologies and establish interest in our services.
Collaborate with the owner to schedule qualified meetings and appointments for further engagement and sales discussions.
Utilize CRM software to accurately track, manage, and document prospect interactions and sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

HR Information:
$50,000-$60,000 basic salary + commission
Medical, vision and dental benefits
15 days of PTO, most national holidays + 1 day after Thanksgiving
401K plan with 6% match
Full time, in-office position in Beaverton, OR
