The owner is now needing to hire an experienced full-time sales professional with a passion for working in the Healthcare/Social Assistance sector.
THE JOB
As a Business Development Manager, you will partner closely with the Owner to grow the firm's sales. The team needs to hire someone either in the Portland, Oregon or Salem, Oregon area.
Your goal in this job will be to pursue new business relationships to close temporary staffing contracts with prospective employers. This includes selling to Director-level decision-makers in Group Homes, Nursing/Retirement Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and other relative healthcare verticals.
The right salesperson for this role will understand temp-to-hire practices, and be passionate about sharing the value of giving employment opportunities to the DD (developmentally disabled) community in Oregon.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling into the Social Assistance industry/sector (Assisted Living, Group Homes, Nursing/Retirement, 24 hour facilities, or other relevant verticals)
- Strong understanding of temp-to-hire hiring practices
- Have a passion for social service and/or helping disabled communities
- Confident and consultative communicator
- Must live in either the Salem, Oregon or Portland, Oregon area

- $130-160K in targeted earnings = $90-100K salary + uncapped commission % on revenue generated
