Responsibilities of a Sales & Customer Support Professional:
- Receive hands-on training from more experienced sales and Customer Support professionals in order to fully grasp the nature and scope of the role
- Meet directly with potential enrollees and qualify for the Federal Lifeline Program
- Explain all features of the program to enrollees and ensure they are fully educated
- Ensure members are fully enrolled in the program and know exactly what to expect
- Upsell on additional accessories that may be a good fit for each enrollee
- Build and maintain great relationships with members of the community
- Maintain a record of all interactions to send back to the FLP for their records

Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Support Professional:
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team-oriented environment
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
