Sator Sports, Inc. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team! Sator Sports, Inc. has been in business since 1997, servicing the youth soccer industry. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, maintaining customer accounts, placing orders and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the company
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Constantly maintain and update customer accounts
- Communicate with customers to create top of mind awareness and build rapport
- Assist with order, invoice or quote requests
- Correspond with customers via phone, email and chat
- Secure company revenue by communicating with customers with past due balances
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with the sales process
- Strong customer service skills to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in order to use company CRM and manage accounts
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
