Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and communicating with our sales team and parent company to provide customer tracking, invoicing and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and input orders and status into company database
- Communicate and support our parent company in dealing with customers
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about services and invoicing
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Primary Tasks:
Enter customer data given into different computer databases or portals.
Be able to manage and maintain effective record keeping, organize
files to collect information for future use and supporting teams for analytical
review.
Assist the Operations/Logistics Team and Sales Teams with lead time follow
up, Customer Service activities and pricing verification and other necessary
communications.
Keeping up with product knowledge and service information
and updates.
Qualifications
Excellent skills with Microsoft office (especially with EXCEL)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, with Mandarin desirable)
Data management skills preferred (experience with CRM and ERP
system)
Ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent attention to details and abilities to perform repetitive tasks
with a high degree of accuracy.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and sense of responsibility to meet
deadlines.
