Key Responsibilities:

• Close Sales: Effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Product Knowledge: Should possess comprehensive knowledge of property features, pricing, market trends, and local regulations to guide sellers.

• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with sellers.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Sales Documentation: Ensure all sales activities and transactions are accurately documented.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, focusing on closing deals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
