Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Closer to join our sales team. As a Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers by canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and engaging with homeowners to present solar solutions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in energy sales or a related field
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to conduct door-to-door sales visits as required
