We also convert garages into ADU's and build buildings from the ground up residential and commercial. You must have construction sales background in order to apply for this job. This is not an entry level job where we will teach you how to sale. You have to know how to close construction sales. You must be able to bid construction projects and add up the cost for the projects.
Reading blueprints, is a plus with reliable transportation without question. Looking for people with a silver tough with the power of persuasion and experiences in closing construction deals. Salary is negotiable, bonuses are encouraged and commissions are expected on a weekly basics. You must be able to closes deals to work here.
