SalaryMalibu Shirts Shops at Wailea is currently seeking for a highly motivated, self-driven and energetic Retail Sales Associates with passion for customer service.
The ideal candidates will possess sales/retail experience, have visual merchandising skills and hold a basic retail math background.
- Greet all customers and make them feel welcome in the store.
- Provide energized, helpful, genuine and knowledgeable service to the customer throughout the store.
- Help customers check out at the register.
- Keep store stocked, clean and in order at all times.
- Light cleaning and daily maintenance.
- Possible opening and closing responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Know the store’s daily goal and actively well to ensure the goal is met.
- Self-confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude and approach to work.
- A desire to learn and obtain knowledge.
Abilities:
- Open availability and flexibility to meet the customer demand and needs of the business, which includes holidays, weekends and nights.
- Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to sell, share product information and history.
- Operate POS cash register.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, email.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.

Expected hours: 20 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
