Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Flexible/Remote
Salary: $500 weekly + 5.5% commission on overall sales

About Us: We are a dynamic and thriving Jewelry Brand, renowned for our exquisite and diverse range of products. As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales on various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Facebook, Etsy, Flip, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, eBay, Walmart, Sears, etc.
- Focus on uploading and advertising products across these platforms, ensuring high-quality listings.
- Work on established accounts, maintaining and enhancing their performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our marketing budget.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective advertising campaigns.
- Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a similar role.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
