Responsibilities:
- Participate in the strategic planning of new sites and clinical layouts to optimize operational workflow.
- Manage Lead Technologists and hold weekly meetings to discuss clinical operations, performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee all clinical CT and X-ray staff, handling scheduling, including sick calls, PTO, site coverage, weekend coverage, and holiday coverage.
- Conduct daily billing audits and manage inventory, maintaining accurate supply par levels.
- Lead the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring proper documentation and competency.
- Manage and update protocols on all CT and X-ray machines, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Operate CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Ensure compliance with site-specific guidelines, patient confidentiality policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Minimum of two years of CT experience; GE CT experience is a plus.
- ARRT Registered Technologist (R.T.); New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with certification to inject IV contrast; BLS certification.
- Proficiency in Radiology Systems, Microsoft Office, Google platform, and Email.
