Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Mom n Tot Spot is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our programs, including birthday parties, classes, and open play memberships, while driving revenue growth through effective Sales And Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Actively promote and sell birthday party packages and classes.
• Open play memberships to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Foster relationships with existing and potential customers to drive Sales And enhance customer retention.

• Marketing Initiatives:
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
• Utilize various marketing channels such as social media, email, website, and local advertising to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop engaging content for promotional materials.

• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Present findings to management and contribute insights for strategic decision-making.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed predetermined sales targets through proactive selling techniques and effective marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting sales quotas and goals.

• Commission Structure:
• Develop and maintain a commission-based compensation plan linked to meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Provide recommendations for incentive structures to drive Sales And motivate the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales And Marketing, preferably in a family entertainment or recreational facility.
• Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in using various marketing channels and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
