Marketing Specialist, Wholesale

Summary:

The Marketing Specialist - Wholesale is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth for the wholesale channel. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Specialist - Wholesale will work closely with the Senior Director of Wholesale Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and product launches.

Essential Job Functions:

• Write clear and concise copy for internal and external communication that aligns with the organization's objectives.

• Build and maintain detailed and informative reports that accurately depict relevant business metrics, insights, and trends.

• Management of inboxes - organize and prioritize incoming messages, respond to inquiries, forward relevant messages, and ensure that all communication is handled in a timely and professional manner.

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans for the wholesale channel.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop marketing programs that support those objectives.

• Assist in the development and management of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and product launches.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Assist in the analysis of market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing programs.

• Support the development of budgets for marketing programs and initiatives.

• Assist in the management of relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and sales teams.

• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and social media content.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Two (2) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on wholesale and B2B marketing.

• Experience with social media and digital marketing preferred.

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other marketing tools preferred.
