Marketing Specialist

Make the Right NEXT MOVEfor your Career – Join Our Growing Marketing Team! Choice Home Warranty is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator with a “can do” attitude. This position is based out of our Edison, NJ office, no telecommuting option available.

Title: Marketing Coordinator with content creation experienceLocation: Edison, NJ- Onsite Position Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily and monthly sales reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests of sales team activity.
• Interface with outside sales team to fulfill marketing or administrative requests.
• Write content to post on website blog and distribute through newsletters.
• Create marketing materials such as emails, social media posts, and flyers.
• Manage certain administrative tasks, such as uploading contact files to CRM.
• Execute marketing requests from sales team, such as helping with automated CRM functions.
• Report on sales team activities within CRM.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• Excel experience is a MUST – pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, macros.
• Creative design experience in Photoshop, Canva, or otherwise is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and multi-task.
• Math and analytical skills are required- you will be working with large data sets to help identify business opportunities.
• Applicants must have great communication skills- you will be interacting with a large remote sales team, as well as the team here.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in USA.
