The ideal candidate would be described as:
- Highly self-motivated - This is a must! This is not a job for lazy or bare minimum folks, but if you’re motivated this is a job where you can earn 6 figures!

- Dependable - Someone who will show up to the office every day and be able to work Saturdays when needed.
- Support for CPT/OPT , with outstanding performers supported for H1B/Green Card Sponsorship
- Job Duties:
- Create and post property advertisements online for the brokers/company
- Assist broker with client communication
- Manage client accounts
- Assist in setting up showings
- Instruct clients on the application process
- Manage client accounts
Job Types: Full Time. Part Time will only be considered for candidates that can work 4 days/wk minimum.
Compensation: Commission based. Expected earning is $500-$2000+/week.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
