- Arrange and maintain very busy calendar
- Interface with staff and parents
- Create correspondence
- Organize executive's very busy daily routine
- At least two years related experience
- Enjoy working in a Private School environment
- Experience with Google Suite, MS Word, Excel
- Excellent writing and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience prioritizing calendar
