Job Summary
Our Sales Assistants are primarily responsible for facilitating the administrative and onboarding support to the Senior Analysts on our Sales Team. This includes onboarding calls, post-sale correspondence, documentation preparation & collection, and CRM database operations.
Sales Assistants are the initial point of contact to our clients, immediately after they’ve agreed to become a client, so it is their responsibility to be welcoming, helpful, and encouraging to all clients, as they guide them through the initial phase of our relationship, until the client is handed off to one of our service departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Conduct onboarding calls for newly assigned clients
· Compose, and quality-check all necessary onboarding documentation for clients
· Follow up with clients to ensure the completion and submission of onboarding documents
· Facilitate clients’ transition from the onboarding state to the next appropriate service department
· Perform standard Opener responsibilities to demonstrate ideal performance to team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1+ year(s) of administrative experience
· 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
· Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel): Intermediate Level
· Proficient communication, reading, & writing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
