As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting with sales proposals and presentations, and providing general support to our sales team. You will also help to develop and maintain our customer database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Social Media and email marketing a experience is a plus.
To be successful in this role, you must be a quick learner, able to think on your feet, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with a wide range of customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
