Rv Park Manager

Roots Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time manager to run the day-to-day operations of a busy RV park in an efficient and professional manner in order to achieve goals in customer satisfaction, occupancy, delinquency, community appearance, sales, revenue generation and cost control.

Responsibilities will include:

• Growing and maintaining community occupancy
• Managing all required tenant documentation and confidentiality
• Maintaining tenant ledgers and keeping the management system up to date
• Generating monthly bills, collecting monthly rent and/or fees, and posting payments
• Conducting daily physical inspections of common areas and sites
• Enforcing community rules, maintaining community safety, and responding to emergencies
• Ensuring the appearance of the property is safe, neat, and welcoming
• Effectively leading a team through hiring and training of employees
• Working with the Regional Manager to set and achieve goals in terms of occupancy, sales, delinquency, etc.
• Provide oversight of vendors working on property
• Other tasks as needed or assigned by management

This candidate must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in property management or higher-level management
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be proficient in basic Microsoft applications
• Be detail-oriented and provide excellent customer service to tenants
• Able to handle conflict resolution and on-site incidents

This position has a competitive monthly bonus structure on top of a negotiated starting hourly pay. Bonuses can be earned based on meeting specific budget requirements.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
• RV Park Management: 2 years (Preferred)
