Valet Supervisor

Currently recruiting specifically for supervisor shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Pays $12.00 per hour - plus daily cash tips you take home daily.

What the ideal candidate will do:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach and council Valet Guest Service Attendants to provide exceptional customer service
• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly vehicle care and delivery to all valet customers of the facility
• Greets each customer in a friendly and professional manner and holding other valets to the company's policies, procedures, and expectations
• Accurately and promptly process valet tickets according to operating procedures
• Operates, parks and retrieves guests' vehicles in a safe but efficient manner
• Cooperates and can lead all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external guests
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, the client and your teammates
• Smile and exude a pleasant and friendly demeanor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional hospitality background
• Previous supervisory experience or held a leadership role in some capacity
• Must be able to work in outdoor element
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment to include standing for long periods of time and RUNNING
• Dynamic OUTGOING personality
• Must be a LEADER
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to drive manual (stick) and automatic transmission
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record (no more than 6 points in 3 years)
• Ability to understand, read and write the English language (Bilingual a plus)
• Must be quick, courteous and very careful driving all vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
