As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to guests.
Responsibilities: As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery with the preparation of dishes
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, creating a positive dining experience
- Effectively communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure table maintenance is an ongoing team effort
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
