As a Busser/Food Runner, you hold a crucial role in ensuring a clean and organized dining environment, delivering food orders, engaging with guests, maintaining the seamless flow of service, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our valued guests while upholding the highest standards of AREA15. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SNHD requirements and contributing to the energetic atmosphere.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assist with general restaurant service operations, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Collaborate with team members for set up and break down of the restaurant for seamless operations.
Pose for promotional activities and contribute to themed events, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
Continuously deliver a positive guest experience by clearing and arranging tables, performing cleaning and sanitization procedures, and polishing dishware.
Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of service.
Engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner, upholding AREA15's service standards.
Support restaurant staff by maintaining a stocked inventory, ensuring all orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately, and that food orders meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests, demonstrating the ability to stay organized, handle multiple projects simultaneously, follow up, and make accurate decisions.
Use equipment such as a bar cart or a hand pallet jack to lift and transport items, such as kegs, garbage, ice, and pallets, which could weigh up to 400 lbs. or more during the shift.
Inspect and maintain assigned areas, including taking inventory counts and restocking necessary products and supplies.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County health standards.
Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests, promptly bringing them to a manager?s attention.
Respond to guest concerns/complaints, correct errors, or resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
Uphold a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in adherence to Company standards.
Must exhibit ?ART!? to internal and external guests at all times.
Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
