Responsibilities: - Oversee and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care - Coordinate and manage nursing schedules and assignments - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering patient care - Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and implement necessary interventions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Requirements: - Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) - Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Skills: - Spinal tap care - Medical office triage - Toddler care expertise - Inhalation therapy administration - Phlebotomy skills - Knowledge of ICD-10 coding Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
