Renews business insurance by scheduling values, including personnel and real property, vehicles, computers, equipment, media, and accounts receivable.
Manage strategic disbursement plans per management cash flow goals.
Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups and following internal controls.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
The Accounting Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and supervising the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
Implement and oversee efficient payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Streamline payroll procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Regularly update and maintain the payroll system with employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records in the payroll system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
Address issues related to missing or incorrect information, working closely with HR and other departments as needed.
Run payroll processing cycles according to the established schedule.
Review and verify payroll reports.
Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and management to address payroll-related concerns and ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing guidance on complex payroll matters.
Generate and review payroll reports for management and leadership.
Prepare and analyze ad-hoc reports as required.
Collaborate with IT for system enhancements and upgrades related to payroll.

Job Requirements:
