Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline Reverse Logistics operations and minimize costs.
- Coordinate the return, repair, refurbishment, and disposal of products in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and operations, to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in Reverse Logistics activities.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of returns, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements for product disposal and recycling.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Reverse Logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Reverse Logistics, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for Reverse Logistics and product recycling.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $164,925.00 - $182,248.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
