This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our Reverse Logistics Team. You will support the team in researching the causes of returns and solutions for recommerce. Your contribution will have a significant impact on the operations, the logistics network and our brands! This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze return trends, identify root causes, and provide insights to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and sales, to facilitate effective communication and resolution of return-related issues.

What is the team like?

• As a Reverse Logistics Intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and supply chain experts. You'll report to the VP of Recommerce and have mentoring opportunities with operations leadership. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
