Job Description
Summary:
- Operations - Server Ops Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- As a Reverse and Returns Logistics Program Manager, you will support end-of-life reverse logistics functions in North and South American data centers in alignment and coordination with client server Operations Managers, 3PL's and Global Logistics Operations
- Be accountable for developing, updating and communicating the reverse logistics plans by site for GSO logistics
- Be accountable for 3PL Centralized Reverse Logistics teams working blockers and bugs that inhibit the GSO team from meeting or beating SLO's
- Audit operational reverse logistics performance at data center locations and coordinate deep dives and process improvement activities
- Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly operating results by collaborating with GSO operations managers and 3PL Centralized Reverse Logistics teams
Requirements:
- MBA, master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification
- Experience in forecasting, data modeling, production management and data analysis across multiple asynchronous systems
- Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing
- Track record of success in problem solving, 3PL vendor relationships, user documentation and user training
- Ability to calmly and effectively handle multiple and changing priorities with excellent decision-making, communications and follow-up skills
- Six Sigma Certification

Pay rate range: $50.59 - $56.99 hourly.
