As the Graphic Designer, you will report to and support the Chief Marketing Officer in content creation. In addition, you will handle brand management and collaborate with internal brands to create and maintain systems. An ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and have graphic design and organizational skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
Content Creation
- Creating graphic images for a range of channels, including but not limited to: digital advertising, website, social media, email, print, internal presentations and more
- Support leadership and collaborate with cross functional departments to create well-designed presentations, supported by visual storytelling with graphics and design
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft applications (e.g. PowerPoint), and other relevant tools to their fullest extent to ensure that the highest quality of content output is maintained
- Stay on top of industry innovation and trends to develop new creative strategies to increase engagement and create efficiencies
- Manage live content on website optimized for target audience, as well as content library
Branding Management
- Own and maintain brand standards for internal brands and help to enforce adherence internally and externally
- Manage and organize creative assets and content files to ensure accessibility for all team members (e.g. graphics, photography, videography)
Collaboration & Participation
- Communicate with all relevant departments and internal brands so that brand perception can be uniform for all projects
- Actively work towards team goals and maintain systems to reach those goals.
- Continually bring new ideas to the table to create optimal results
Requirements
- Established graphic design experience with an illustrated track record of quality across various creative projects and creative platforms
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail - with over 100 properties, this is a fast paced environment with many projects weekly
- Creative fire - the role requires a lot of creative output and collaboration, so we're looking for someone energized by the creative process
- Advertising agency experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while operating under pressure and in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of design trends, styles and aesthetics
- Knowledge of social media design standards
- Passion and interest in sports and hospitality
